City Stuff" by Mari Hall
Mixed Media Digital Artworks Inspired by the Greater Metropolitan
Los Angeles Area
"Fixtures". Maybe Los Angeles got to be so over the top
with everything. Maybe Los Angeles will never stop growing. Stick
it over there. Stick it over there. Stick it really far away, like
way over there. Like fixtures, glued into place, freeways, towers,
bridges, shopping malls, parking lots, pizza shops, schools, more
highways, more shopping malls, extra pizza shops, more this over that
way, stick it here, over there, don't put it here, put it over there,
here's a bit of earth, put a mall on it, stick it with something,
glue it down with something and put in a nice big freeway, stick it
down so it won't get up and run off to another state.
